Frequently Asked Questions
After purchasing tickets, you can access them through your PRESTIX account. Go to 'My Tickets' in your profile menu, where you'll see all your upcoming events. You can also access tickets via the confirmation email we send immediately after purchase. Tickets can be added to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay for easy access at the venue.
